Goodbye to an eventful 2007. Can't say it was too different from the last few years. The highlight of the year was the Rodrigues family visit - once in a couple of years just ain't good enough. The only dramatic change was the change in job in July. Left my Tata leanings behind to join another company obsessed with ethics, Genpact which still has all the GE values it was formed with. Therein ends the similarity however. While the Tata group has always given me my best friends and loads of friends too, after 6 months on the new job, I'm yet to make a friend, only a few good colleagues.
Welcome to 2008. Another year which will pass as fast as the last few. Brother dearest just turned the BIG 30 and I'm going to be 33 this year. Feels old to see it in numbers!!! Hopefully the updates on this blog will be more frequent but that's it for now.
